Koru Sculpture - Kauri

Koru wood carving featuring pounamu (greenstone) inlay in native NZ Kauri.

Beautifully hand carved by Master Carver Robyn Harper.

Based on the unfurling of a new fern frond, the Koru depicts new beginnings, abundance, growth & harmony.

Robyn delights in carving NZ Rimu, it is a very fine grained and hard timber which will shine to a beautiful finish. She uses Rimu repurposed from Colonial buildings that are no longer standing.
